Presenters: West Hawaii Explorations Academy and Kealakehe High School Robotics Teams

Join us for the 11th Robotics Design Review. Midway into the FIRST Robotics Competition's build period, our high school robotics teams will show their plans for winning robots. The game involves scoring foam frisbee-sized rings and climbing a chain with robots weighing up to 54 kg (120 lbs), during a two and half-minute match.

After the presentation, we will have pupus, drinks, and conversation.

About the lecture series

This lecture series is a collaboration of Kona Science Café and the Hawai`i Keiki Museum, with the goal of fostering interests in science and education.  There is networking time before and after the presentation to build the science community.  It is free and open to the public.
